Smart cities need to make full use of emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud platforms, and big data for construction.

Smart cities need to make full use of emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud platforms, and big data for construction. However, the construction process of smart cities and whether the construction results of some buildings and regions meet the requirements of "smart" requires the formulation of relevant national standards , Carry out systematic guidance and regulation, and objectively evalsuate the construction results in accordance with standards.

On December 28, 2018, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration approved the release of China National Standards Announcement No. 17 of 2018, which contains 646 national standards and 11 national standard amendments. It involves some standards for smart city construction, specifically including GB/T36622.3-2018 "Smart City Public Information and Service Support Platform Part 3: Test Requirements", GB/T37043-2018 "Smart City Terminology".

It is understood that the "Smart City Terminology" (GB/T37043-2018) standard, as the basic standard in the smart city standard system, defines the terms and definitions commonly used in the field of smart cities, including basic terms, frameworks and models, and data for smart cities Seven related terms such as resources, infrastructure and platforms, supporting technologies, risk and safety, management and services are applicable to the planning, design, implementation, and operation and maintenance of smart cities.

This standard has been published since December 28, 2018 From the formal implementation.

The "Smart City Public Information and Service Support Platform Part 3: Test Requirements" (GB/T36622.3-2018) standard will be formally implemented on January 1, 2021. It is a function and performance of the smart city public information and service support platform The test points are the basis for the requirements, including general test rules, test environment and tools, test management, test content, test methods, test evalsuation, etc., which are applicable to the test of smart city public information and service support platforms.

Recalling the construction of the smart city standard system, as early as 2012, the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee had issued a framework of the smart standard system in five major categories including foundation, supporting technology, construction management, information security and application. In November 2013, the National Technical Committee on Digital Standards for Intelligent Buildings and Residential Areas issued the "Research on China's Smart City Standard System", which includes five topics: infrastructure, construction and livability, management and services, industry and economy, security and operation and maintenance The broad categories of standards are divided into 4 levels, covering 16 technical fields, including 101 professional standards, involving 3255 national, industrial and local standards.

In 2014, the Ministry of Science and Technology participated in supporting the establishment of the National Smart City Standardization Overall Group, which supported the overall group to carry out a series of important research activities around smart city technological innovation, standard construction, and product application, which promoted technological innovation, standard application and industrial development. In the future, the Ministry of Science and Technology will continue to support the development of smart city technologies and industries, promote technological innovation, lead and drive industrial development, and promote key technologies and demonstrations of the Internet of Things and smart cities in key research and development plans, and strive to deploy cutting-edge technologies, major core technology research, Breakthroughs have been made in pilot demonstrations and other aspects to enhance the core competitiveness of my country's Internet of Things and smart city technologies.

2018 is the year to promote the construction of comprehensive standardization, and it is also the year that the second phase of deepening the reform of standardization work ends. Standardization is the basic support to promote the healthy development of smart cities, and plays an important role in guiding top-level design, standardizing technical architecture, and promoting integrated applications.

In 2019, it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Jin Ping on promoting the construction of new smart cities by classification, continue to coordinate the construction of new smart city standards, strengthen the development of key standards, accelerate the promotion and application of standards, and deepen international cooperation.

According to the new meeting of the Standards Group of the National Smart City Standardization Group, my country has established 31 smart city national standards, one of which has been released, 8 national standards have entered the approval stage, and about 10 national standards have entered the stage of soliciting comments. The 8 national standards that have entered the approval stage include: "Smart City Technical Reference Model", "Smart City evalsuation Model and Basic evalsuation Index System Part 1: General Framework and Requirements for the Formulation of Sub-evalsuation Indexes", "Smart City evalsuation Model and Basic evalsuation Index System Part 2: Information Infrastructure", "Smart City evalsuation Model and Basic evalsuation Index System Part 3: Information Resources", "Smart City evalsuation Model and Basic evalsuation Index System Part 4: Construction Management", " Smart City City Operation Center Part 1: Command Center Construction Framework and Requirements", "Smart Mine Information System Infrastructure General Technical Specifications", "Smart City Software Service Budget Management Specifications".

The China Urban Science Research Association reported on the four national standards led by the "Smart City City Operation Center Part 1: Command Center Construction Framework and Requirements", "Smart City Multi-plan and Integrity Technical Guidelines", and "Smart City Operation Center Part 1. City Data Fusion Part 3: Data Collection Specification, "Smart City Public Information and Service Support Platform Part 2: Catalog Management and Service Requirements", in which, "Smart City City Operation Center Part 1: Command Center Construction Framework and Requirements 》It has entered the approval stage.
